Service Questions

Q: How often should I wax my boat?
A: It's recommended to wax your boat every six months to protect the gel coat from UV damage, oxidation, and wear. Regular waxing will help maintain your boat’s shine and extend its lifespan.

Q: How often should I polish my boat?
A: Along with waxing, you should polish your boat once a year to maintain its gloss and address light oxidation. If your boat is severely oxidized, a heavy compounding with a high-speed buffer may be required. In some cases, wet sanding is necessary to achieve the desired results.

Q: How long does a detailing service take?
A: The time varies based on the size of your vessel and the services required. Most boats can be detailed in a few hours, while larger yachts or restoration projects may take a full day or longer.

Q: What products do you use?
A: We use premium, marine-grade cleaning and polishing products that are safe for your vessel and the environment. We are also happy to accommodate specific product preferences if requested.

Q: Can you remove heavy oxidation or scratches?
A: Yes, we specialize in oxidation removal and gel coat restoration. While some deeper scratches may require refinishing, we can significantly improve the overall appearance of your vessel.

Q: Do you provide maintenance plans?
A: Absolutely! We offer regular maintenance plans to keep your boat or yacht in top condition year-round. Contact us to discuss a package that suits your needs.
